WOYWW 252

Finally, I've shaken off that nasty cold and am blogging again!

I haven't been totally idle... as my physical energy returned, I began to tackle the chaos of my desk area!

This is what I still have to organize *sigh*

... but this is what I've accomplished so far...

... a tidy art cupboard - top...

... and bottom...

So, I'm feeling quite proud of myself :-)

And I've got back into the swing of Giveaways, after a two-week hiatus. Here's this week's

To see more photos and info visit this post and leave a comment to enter the draw on Sunday. It's a lovely book of wisdom, which deserves a good home...

Now, to embark on a global hop of interesting desks gathered over at Julia's Stamping Ground

  2. Hi Claire and thanks for visiting my desk today. Your craft cupboard is fantastic, great pull out shelves too and well done for getting round to organizing your bits. Lots of mags I see under the desk - I have a few piles too and really should get some holders so they're more accessible. Cheers and have a great week RobynO#40

Glad you are feeling better and look how much you've accomplished already! I do love a tidy space, but not enough to stop creating to sort it, till I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. :D

    Happy WOYWW!

  9. I've decided it's impossible to be creative and tidy (well, most of the time). There's so much STUFF, eh? And none of it stacks/fits together. So my motto - enjoy crafting and hang the housekeeping! Have a great week, Chrysalis 53 xx

  10. It all looks wonderfully organised, Claire! It's really hard to keep on top of it, though, isn't it. Why is it that it is so much easier to make a mess than to keep tidy? One of the more unfair of the Universal Laws, I think!! Lol! Thanks for your lovely comments on my blog. The curved work suface sweeps round 3 sides of the room, and really aids the creative flow in a way I wasn't expecting - I have designated "zones" for different activities but they do seem to overlap and flow into each other which is lovely. So glad you like the teabag art - I can't believe how much potential there is in them. I can't wait to get my sewing machine back from being repaired so I can get on to the next stage!

    Happy WOYWW,

  18. Hi Claire,
So glad you are feeling better. The tidy up is coming along quite nicely. I've been fighting allergies a bit but we got snow here yesterday so I'm hoping for a little reprieve from all the pollen blowing about.

Can you email me your mailing address? On the package I received it was covered up.

Thank you for visiting me already! Happy belated WOYWW
